It seems like something you'd see in a cartoon, but this Boise clown found himself in a tight spot and he ended up falling through the ceiling right in front of the cops!

26-year-old Justin Thomas Larson's trouble started yesterday when he allegedly put a gun in a woman's face and threatened to hurt her.

The woman called police at about 3 p.m. yesterday and a standoff ensued shortly after.

Cops found Larson inside a house off of Leland Way in Boise where the conflict had started outside the home.

Police were told Larson was armed so they blocked off the house and tried to persuade Larson to come outside.

According to KTVB, by 7 p.m. the S.W.A.T. team and an armored vehicle were on the scene.

Larson continued to not respond or come out of the house so eventually a robot was sent inside the home to try and locate the suspect at large.

They spotted Larson alright. He was hiding out in the ceiling and unfortunately for him the ceiling gave way right after a K-9 was sent in to get him.

He was taken in just before midnight and is due in court this afternoon.
