We need to help out our friend Annie!! She's about to get married and is in a crisis! What do you think Annie should do?

Dear Rick and Carly, 

I need some serious advice. I am planning my wedding that is supposed to happen in just a few short months and it is becoming apparent that the women/ bridesmaids that I thought were my friends are everything but!! Especially my maid of honor! My BFF for over 10 years told someone that she hasn't even started planning anything for the bridal shower or bachelorette party because I'm selfish and I don't deserve anything and wouldn't be happy with it even if she did do anything and I would probably just sit there and pout. What the heck is happening? I had to kick her out o the wedding, which means I had to remove her daughter as a flower girl, and now her family won't come to the wedding. I did nothing wrong! She is completely in the wrong! She is the one being hurtful, back stabbing and rude. This is stressing me out! Now I have to "find" a maid of honor...like ...what the heck is that? How do you just "find a maid of honor?
Ugh.... please help!
