Eagle High Student Dies From Crash
I can hardly look at her picture. A vibrant, beautiful young woman who loved Christmas gone far too soon in a tragic accident near Eagle High School.
The accident happened Monday morning as 36 year old Jamie Vincent was driving three kids to school. She attempted to turn left along State Street onto Park Lane when the passenger side of her car was hit by a truck.
According to KTVB, all four people in the car had to be cut from the wreckage and transported to area hospitals. The driver has been released from the hospital but Destiney Jacobs has passed away from her injuries. Her heart will be donated to someone in need.
Destiney's brother Kevin remains in the intensive care unit and Jamie's son Jonas is also in the ICU at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise.
