A woman from Idaho Falls is being fined for trying to save a wild horse. Do you think this is right or wrong?

Cynthia Stoetzer has been fined $275 for doing what she thought was right.

Cynthia tried to rescue an emaciated horse that she saw while riding her horse in Utah back in April.

Stoetzner loaded the wold horse into her horse trailer and took him to the Best Friends Animal Society but the BLM took the horse back the next day and took it to their ranch in Axtell, Utah.

The BLM says moving an animal from its natural environment is dangerous and could interfere with the ecosystem. They prefer to send a veterinarian into a horses natural environment so Cynthia received the fine for her interference.

What do you think? Should Cynthia's "good intentions" have been fined?
