Mad Mac Food Truck Is Turning Into a Boise Restaurant

Who doesn't love it when the Mad Mac food truck rolls into the parking lot?! Well pretty soon Mad Mac will be in one location that you can go to any time you want!

According to boisedev.com we don't even have to wait very long for this! The plan is for Mad Mac to be open within a month at Overland Rd. and Cole Rd. and if all goes well the grand opening should be the beginning of December!

I'm embarrassed to admit I've never had Mad Mac, but here are some of the spins they've put on macaroni and cheese.

• Buffalo Mac
• Taco Mac

and a whole lot more! I've never heard anything but amazing things about Mad Mac so I'm really excite to see them have a permanent home here in the Treasure Valley!
