Rain, Thunder Storms, and 30 Degree Temperature Drop By Friday
Roaring Springs opened over the weekend, but you'll need to trade in your swimsuit for a rain-jacket come Friday.
We're hitting mid 80's today but by Friday the high is just 53 degrees.
According to idahonews.com, a series of storms will kick in late Tuesday. Showers and thunderstorms hit by Wednesday. More clouds and rain Thursday and Friday and by Friday we hit a high of 58 degrees (according to the weather app on my phone, which is basically the bible.)
This time of year always drives me a little crazy. As soon as I think it's safe to put the jackets away and break out the swimsuit and shorts the temperatures drop again and we get rain. I never learn.
So, push aside your plans to hit the water or go camping this weekend and don't worry, we'll be floating the Boise River before we know it!
