Trouble in Paradise!

Dear Rick & Carly,

I am extremely upset with my husband for not telling me to lose weight. My New Year's resolution is to eat right, exercise, and get healthy again. Several years ago, I removed all of the mirrors from my home except for one in the bathroom. I refused to be photographed. I hired a personal trainer last week. He took my "before shots" and I was stunned at how bad I really look. I partly blame my husband for not saying anything. We had a huge fight about this. Am I right? Is he to blame?
