31-Year-Old Boise Man Arrested For Sexual Misconduct With A Female Child

The Boise Police Department just hauled in 31-year-old Eric M. Rollins of Boise, Idaho for lewd sexual conduct with a female child under the age of 16 following an investigation which started at the end of October when the Department of Health and Welfare was anonymously notified of some possible abuse.

The Boise Police Department Special Victims Unit found evidence which indicates that Rollins, had been involved in sexual misconduct with a female minor under the age of 16 on two separate occasions.  Both were in Boise.  One was in mid-June and the other in October.  Rollins is, of course, innocent until proven guilty.  He's been officially charged with four counts of lewd contact with a minor.
