Hmmm. This cant be right can it? A 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home is listed on multiple real estate sites for $1. It looks like a nice home too. The listings all include photos of the inside and out of the red brick family home. According to the listing on homes.com the home is 1,470 square feet. The address is  539 W Carlton located in Old Town Meridian.

Ah, yes please, I'd buy it site unseen for a buck. The estimated home value according to movoto.com is $311,668. They also have the list price as $1 on that website as well as on redfin. The home is in Ada country and has been listed for less than a month. It sits on 0.276 acres and was built in 1963.

I've already emailed the realtor who is listed for the home to see if this was a mistake and if not to ask where do I sign? lol. If it is a mistake which I am guessing it was then it was listed wrong in the main real estate database and all of these third party sights usually just input the information from other sights.

Some things are a little outdated, (diggin' the green floor in the kitchen - super retro) The wood floors are beautiful and for a dollar um, I can afford a few improvements here and there. Check out the pictures.
