Salsa Dancing Fundraiser for the Idaho Foodbank

Our friends at the Idaho Foodbank are hosting a unique and exciting fundraiser coming up involving Salsa dancing! Sound in Motion is a new dance studio in the Treasure Valley are opening their doors for free classes all week from December 16th through December 19th, with a silent auction and charity social taking place on Friday, December 20th.

Beyond just Salsa dancing there will be beginner classes for Waltz, Cha Cha, Bachata and Zouk. While I cannot tell you the difference between all of these dance techniques, there will be professionals on hand that can not only explain it but teach you the steps.

Anytime that you stop by during the week and take a dance lesson, you will be able to make a donation for the Backpack Buddies program through the Idaho Foodbank. The Backpack Buddies program sends nutritious food home with kids on Friday when leaving school to insure they have food throughout the weekend. There are thousands of kids in Idaho that rely on this program every week.
