WARNING: Wild Moose Has Been Mooching Off Boise For Months

Trigger Warning: If you have a strong disdain for freeloaders, "transplants" destroying the economy, handouts, or any other similar strong feelings toward similar subjects, this is your official trigger warning.

Okay, it's one thing for the Californians to come in and mooch off of the hardworking Idahoans that built this state... but the latest news from Idaho Fish & Game might just chap your cheeks.

"A MoOsE iS oN tHe LoOsE"... No, this moose is living in Boise rent-free

We're all about peace and unity but the latest news from Idaho Fish & Game is just too far. In a press release release, Idaho Fish & Game revealed they have been working with a Boise neighborhood on how to live with a moose in the area.

"The Boise moose was first reported in May, and Fish and Game staff initially visited the community to evaluate the situation, and worked with local community leadership to provide information to residents about living safely near moose," IDFG said on their site.

"Staff also knocked on doors in the immediate area where the moose was located and reiterated the key points about it: Give it space, keep your pets away, and it may move on its own."

Talk about Idaho living, huh? By the way, kudos to the folks over at Idaho Fish & Game for going door-to-door, letting people know to beware of a moose.

And by the way, where's the outrage? How did this moose get away with living in Boise for free for so long?

Even Idaho Fish & Game knows the moose shouldn't be living in the area... especially for free!

"The moose was primarily hanging out in a marshy area that was not conducive to Fish and Game staff darting and relocating it," Idaho Fish & Game said. But, the good news is that people don't have much to worry about. IDFG says the moose isn't causing much of a ruckus.

"Overall, the risk to people appeared minimal."

Even better, IDFG reports that people in the area "love living with a moose."
