Winter Fun Around Boise

Sick of staying indoors? Here's some fun things to do with your family while it's cold outside.

Ice Skating at the Village in Meridian: Until February 15th, you can grab your little ones and go skating at the Village. It's a small rink, but very affordable, and perfect for young kids.

Tubing at Idaho X Sports: Located in Garden Valley (about 1 hour North of Boise) this tubing hill looks like an absolute blast. They have slow lanes perfect for little kids and really fast lanes that will send you flying down the hill! My favorite part is the fact that they have a lift that pulls you back up the hill (no hiking! yay!) and it get's even better because Idaho X Sports is our Rick and Carly Super Saver deal of the week. For $25 you get $50 to spend at Idaho X Sports!

Skiing at Bogus Basin: All lifts are open now and they have some fantastic deals. For new residents like me, you can get a season pass for $259 and a kids season pass is just $59! Plus, 5th graders can ski for FREE, and there are great discounts for college students and military personnel.
