Roommate Stabs Man In Caldwell

A 25-year-old man is receiving emergency treatment after being stabbed by his roommate at his home on Commonwealth Avenue in Caldwell.

24-year-old Robert Booth stabbed his roommate in the back over an incident that happened early Sunday afternoon and was reported to police.  No word on exactly what that incident was or who the 25-year-old victim is.  A 23-year-old woman was also injured during the fight when Booth punched her in the face.

Booth then took off and police later captured him as he was running through an open field.  He was then interviewed by Caldwell Police detectives and then booked into the Canyon County Jail on charges of aggravated battery and battery.
