The West Nile virus can be harmful to people, animals and livestock. Ada County is continuing to test and monitor and encourages people to take precautions.

Ada County Officers have already responded to over 60 reports of dogs left in hot cars. Coyotes at Hulls Gulch are getting more aggressive towards dogs, Fish and Games says stay away.

A press release from West Ada School District had this to say, “We are pleased to welcome Dr. Bub as our next superintendent,”

From stimulus checks to PPO loans for businesses to tax breaks, there have been some help offered to the individuals most impacted but for many it hasn't been enough. If you are or know someone who is financially suffering in Ada County there is new assistance available for those who qualify.

The West Ada School District Board of Trustees approved to bring students as early as March 29th which would be the Monday after school break. This again would be for students in grades 6 through 12.

It comes at no surprise to me that after a year like this Dr. Mary Ann Ranells the West Ada School District superintendent has announced her plan to resign at the end of the school year.

I am sure this day did not end the way he wanted it to. While the first robbery was in progress the cops are called the suspect steals taxi cab to get away, after long car chase he is finally stopped by crashing into a Boise Police car, that then caught on fire.

West Ada School District was so overwhelmed with the call outs, they were forced to cancel school today and tomorrow. Teachers are expected to continue until there is a change made.

Even though Caronavirus or COVID-19 numbers have been rising in the state, even putting Ada Country in the 'red' category, Governor Little is keeping Idaho in stage 4 for another 2 weeks.

Another day another virus... multiple mosquitoes found off Five Mile Road and Edna Street tested positive for the West Nile Virus. Now action is being taken.
