This Boise Restaurant Will Feed You Like a Brazilian King

Do you like food? Really good food? How about lots and lots of really good food? I have passed this spot numerus times but until last night had not stepped foot inside. Tucanos Brazilian Grill has nearly 3,500 google reviews with a 4.5 star rating and for good reason. I am going to take you along for the Tucanos journey with some photos.

Tucanos website says "Come visit us and experience all the festive and mouth-watering Brazilian cuisine you can eat."

The bright colors and amazing aroma will hit you as soon as you walk in. For dinner, I would suggest going early, or calling ahead, we had a reservation but still had to wait for 20 minutes or so to sit. Clearly a popular spot.

Then the 'salad bar' which yes has salad, but oh so much more, and you can go back to refill and try new things as many times as you want. Don't forget about the hot serve items along the back, I didn't see them at first and almost missed out on some unbelievable cuisine.

Don't fill up TOO much because this all you can eat serve yourself center of the restaurant is just the beginning. When you sit at your table you will notice a Green, Yellow and Red cylinder on your table. This is important...

Servers will walk around with massive skewers loaded with a variety of flavorful meats. When you want some brought to you and cut fresh from the skewer, you place green up. When you need a break or are ready to stop, you flip it to red on top. There was fish, sausage, and pork, chicken, turkey, beef, all cooked in different ways and full of flavor. My little guy even tried chicken heart, but wasn't into it. ;)

This was a great family friendly restaurant, kiddos all around looked happy, after all there are so many options. My 7 year old said it was so fancy it was a 'pinky out' kindo of place.

Check out this massive rotisserie that is constantly prepping amazing food to be brought out to tables. This is where the meat magic happens. Oh and for goodness sakes don't miss out on the brown sugar roasted pineapple. I couldn't get enough!

There is another Brazilian restaurant in town that I have not personally tried yet called Texas de Brazil that also looks amazing and has 379 google reviews with an average of 4 stars.
